买那种大瓶装的矿泉水安全性更高，至少比自来水干净。然后，水温还要合适，很多女的一年四季都要洗热水澡，如果直接用冷水，感觉会很不好，那下回不接受灌肠了。再次。要循序渐进，不要一下子灌得太多，意思意思一下，让女的觉得不是那么难受，下回才能有机会再次灌肠。
