关于阅读权限

福大(2022-9-19 04:29)提示: 你好，新手区置顶版规常见问题及学习教程贴里都有。楼下分版说的VIP特权说明里也有。新会员1级，会员最高级别90封顶，退役管理95级，在职管理100级，高层管理180级，站长200级。
我找了好多都没有了解到关于阅读权限有关的帖子，然后只知道VIP会员会有较高的阅读权限，然后我想知道level1的新手阅读权限是多少，如何提高自身的阅读权限？，最后一个附加问题如果我身为VIP的话是不是可以越过等级限制以及其他的附加限制，望大佬告知
