个人建议：

1   在任何板块发帖之前最好都先看各板块的版规，版主不可能没理由的随便删除帖子，你不理解可以问下删你贴的版主，相信会给你一个满意的答复
2   网速问题而重复发帖的话，只要两贴回复时间间隔短的话，还是可以扣1金币的（扣的1金币是你回复所得的1金币，因为你回复了2次）
3   还是先开下UFO大大的大作吧：如何回复才能避免扣金币
