看不了短信息请高人指点

我的短消息看不了了，打开网页有消息的提示音，只能看标题看不了内容，看内容时系统提示我未登录，可是未登录怎么能看的了标题呢？重新登录之后还是一样。不知道哪位高人能指点一下，谢谢！
